Greg Wood
President
The “get it done” person when it comes to operations, sales, marketing, and technology. Greg graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in human resources. He has a passion for leadership and building teams.
Jamie Barrus
Vice President
She is the “can do” person with an amazing attitude, lots of creative energy and great leadership. If you need assistance with pricing, invoicing, quality, or other services, Jamie will be happy to help.
Sara Smith
Production Coordinator
Sara is our "keep it calm and cool" production scheduler and ensures that our customer orders get done in a timely manner. Her strong background in quality and attention to details keeps us on track.
Kaitlin Lesser
Office Manager
She is the "let's keep it organized" person at Alpha. Kaitlin assists with documentation, invoicing, accounts receivable, and a host of other administrative tasks. She does it all with joy and a smile!
Alex Elliott
Quality Assurance Specialist
He is the "get it right” person who handles all quality related concerns. Coming from a strong background in customer service, Alex provides friendly, responsive communication and service to all of our customers.
Linda Bateman
Shipping and Receiving
She is the "Welcome to Alpha" person who greets each customer with a friendly smile. Linda assists with pick up and delivery of customer parts and keeps us on schedule with her expertise in hardcoat racking.
Debbie Haynes
Senior Production Specialist

Wally LaBurn
Chemistry and Environmental Specialist
He is our resident expert on chemistry and environmental management. He brings a great deal of enthusiasm, expertise, and commitment to all he does.
Sarah Scheffler
Accountant
Sarah is our "do it by the book" person that manages all of Alpha's accounting, finances, and a variety of administrative tasks. She makes sure we stay within budget and remain profitable. Sarah always brings joy and a smile to work!
Brian Muscat
Project Specialist
Brian is our engineering extraordinaire. He enjoys doing research and development with chemistry, metallurgy, and processes. Brian assists us at various times with his unique technical skill set for projects or prototypes.

She is the "detailed artist" with a big heart who ensures that orders are done correctly and on time. BrieAnna sees the opportunities or challenges in production and helps keep everyone on their toes.

Maintenance Mechanic/Process Line Operator
He is the "keep things running smoothly" person who maintains our building and equipment with exceptional skills. Also, Parker ensures that job orders are processed accurately.
